NM500 Wear Resistant Steel Plate High Strength Alloy Steel Plate
Wear-resistant steel plate, also called abrasion-resistant or AR
plate, is made from steel billets and comes in many grades. Carbon plays a key role in making the wear plate steel abrasion- and
wear-resistant because it increases the steel's hardness and
toughness. Wear resistant steel plate is high quality special steel
plate. It is irreplaceable part of mining machinery, cement and
metallurgical industry. The wear-resistant steel alloy wear layer
and the substrate are bonded. The high-hardness self-protecting
alloy welding wire is evenly welded on the substrate by special
equipment, and the composite layer is layered to two layers or even
multiple layers. Uniform transverse cracks occur on account of
different alloy shrinkage ratios in the compounding process, which
becomes a remarkable feature of wear-resistant steel plate.
